Summary
This study tested whether BRM421 eye drops can safely relieve dry eye symptoms better than a placebo. About 220 adults with dry eye for at least 6 months used the drops or a placebo for 14 days. Researchers measured changes in eye surface damage and dryness scores to see if the treatment worked.
