New eye drop formula aims to soothe dry eyes without preservatives

Summary
This study is testing a new eye drop (T2769) that contains trehalose, sodium hyaluronate, and NAAGA to see if it can improve dry eye symptoms and quality of life. Thirty adults with dry eye disease will use the drops daily for 6 months. The study will measure changes in symptoms using a standard questionnaire and track any side effects.
