Summary
This study compared two popular eyedrops—Systane PRO and Refresh Optive Mega-3—in 20 adults with moderate dry eye. Participants used both drops at different times and reported their comfort and vision-related quality of life. The goal was to see which drop worked better for easing dry eye symptoms.
