First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study will measure changes in tear fluid proteins in 36 adults with dry eye disease who use lifitegrast eye drops (Xiidra). Researchers aim to understand how the treatment affects biomarkers in tears over 84 days. The goal is to learn more about dry eye biology, not to test a new treatment.
