NCT ID NCT06900556

First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looked at whether dry cupping therapy after exercise helps muscles recover faster. Ten adults who were used to arm training did exercises to tire their biceps, then received either real dry cupping or a fake version. Researchers measured strength, swelling, and soreness to see if cupping made a difference.
