Healthy volunteers help uncover drug interactions for new medicine

NCT ID NCT07374224

First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looks at how two common drugs—itraconazole (a fungus treatment) and rifampin (an antibiotic)—change the way the body processes rocbrutinib, an experimental medicine. Twenty-eight healthy adults will take rocbrutinib alone and then with each of the other drugs to measure blood levels and safety. The goal is to gather important information for future dosing guidelines, not to treat any disease.
