NCT ID NCT07181265

Not yet recruiting Knowledge-focused Sponsor: Jemincare Source: ClinicalTrials.gov ↗

Summary

This early-stage study aims to understand how a new experimental drug for inherited kidney disease interacts with two existing medications (amiodarone for heart rhythm and febuxostat for gout). Researchers will give all three drugs to 48 healthy Chinese volunteers to measure how the body processes them together. The goal is to gather safety data before testing the new drug in actual patients with polycystic kidney disease.
