Summary

This study aims to understand how a common antifungal drug (itraconazole) affects the body's processing of a new experimental cancer drug (HS-20093). It involves 18 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to measure drug levels in the blood to learn about safe dosing, not to test if the new drug cures cancer.
