Summary
This study tested a combination of two oral drugs, copanlisib and ibrutinib, for adults with primary central nervous system lymphoma that had returned or did not respond to prior treatment. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see if the drug combination could shrink tumors. The trial involved 18 participants and was completed.
