Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive breathing machine (CPAP) can help people with lung failure after drowning, compared to standard oxygen via face mask. About 210 participants aged 1 and older will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the machine can improve oxygen levels and reduce the need for a breathing tube.
