New combo tackles Hard-to-Treat myeloma

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, belantamab mafodotin and isatuximab, in people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to at least three prior treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see how well the combo shrinks tumors. About 30 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
