NCT ID NCT06868667
First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This phase 3 study tests whether a new combination of drugs (belantamab mafodotin, bortezomib, and dexamethasone) works better than the current standard (daratumumab, bortezomib, and dexamethasone) for Japanese patients whose multiple myeloma has returned or stopped responding to treatment. The main goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control. About 24 adults with confirmed multiple myeloma who have had at least one prior therapy are taking part.
