Summary
This study tests a drug called belantamab mafodotin, alone or with other cancer drugs, in people whose multiple myeloma has returned or stopped responding to at least three prior treatments. The drug targets a protein on myeloma cells to deliver a toxin directly. The trial aims to find safe and effective combinations for this advanced stage of the disease.
