Summary

This study looked at whether physical rehabilitation after hip or knee replacement surgery actually helps people function better in daily life. 169 adults who had surgery were randomly assigned to receive rehab or no rehab. The goal was to see if rehab makes a real difference in activities like walking, standing, and getting in and out of a car.
