Acting class aims to sharpen Nurses' Pain-Spotting skills

NCT ID NCT06939894

Summary

This study is testing whether a special drama workshop can help nursing students develop better attitudes toward assessing patient pain. 52 second-year nursing students will be randomly split into two groups: one will attend a one-day workshop with role-playing activities, while the other will not. Researchers will measure the students' attitudes before the workshop, one month after, and six months later to see if the drama training makes a lasting difference.
