Summary

This study tested a combination of three drugs (DPX-Survivac, low-dose cyclophosphamide, and pembrolizumab) in 25 adults with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that had come back or not responded to previous treatments. The goal was to see if the immune system could be boosted to shrink tumors. The treatment was given for up to one year, and participants were monitored for side effects and tumor response.
