Summary
This study tests whether taking the antibiotic doxycycline right after sex can prevent three common sexually transmitted infections (gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis) in men who have sex with men. About 400 participants in Bangkok will take the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks and be monitored for infections. The goal is to find a simple, effective way to reduce STD rates in high-risk groups.
