Summary
This study explores whether doulas can effectively deliver a program called You Matter to prevent postpartum depression in new mothers. Researchers will work with 40 pregnant or recently postpartum women who have mild depression symptoms. The main goal is to see if doulas can deliver the program correctly, not to measure treatment effects.
