Summary

This study reviews medical records of 1,400 men with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC) to see how darolutamide is used in everyday urology clinics. It compares two treatment approaches: darolutamide plus hormone therapy alone (doublet) or with chemotherapy (triplet). The goal is to understand patient characteristics, drug use patterns, and outcomes, helping doctors make better treatment decisions.
