Summary

This study tests a new pill called dositinib for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific gene change (EGFR mutation). The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it shrinks tumors. About 153 adults aged 18-75 who have tried other treatments without success will take part.
