New study finds right dose of cancer drug for patients with liver issues

Summary
This study is for people with advanced solid tumors who also have moderate liver problems. Researchers want to find a safe starting dose of the drug sacituzumab govitecan. About 30 participants will be monitored for side effects and how the drug moves through the body.
