Summary

This study tested whether sleeve gastrectomy, a weight-loss surgery, improves how well people with severe obesity can walk. Researchers measured walking distance and quality of life before surgery and 6 months after in 99 adults. The goal was to see if the surgery leads to better movement and daily function.
