New study aims to find best exercise for stubborn neck pain

Summary
This study tests three exercise approaches for people with long-lasting neck pain: whole-body stabilization exercises, targeted neck exercises, or standard physiotherapy. About 45 adults aged 18-50 with neck pain for at least 12 weeks will participate. The goal is to see which method best reduces pain and improves daily function over 12 weeks.
