First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests whether the targeted drug divarasib can keep lung cancer from returning after surgery in people with a specific KRAS G12C gene mutation. About 400 adults with stage II-III non-small cell lung cancer who had surgery and prior chemo-immunotherapy will receive either divarasib, standard immunotherapy, or observation. The main goal is to see how long participants remain cancer-free.
