No-Cell-Collection CAR-T: new shot at blood cancer remission?

NCT ID NCT07485504

First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This early study tests a new treatment called DIT101 for people with blood cancers that have come back or stopped responding to standard therapy. DIT101 is a type of CAR-T therapy that works inside the body, so patients don't need to have their cells collected and modified in a lab. The study will check if DIT101 is safe and whether it can shrink tumors, with about 15 adults taking part.
