New drug duo aims to stop stomach cancer from coming back

Summary

This study tests whether adding the targeted drug disitamab vedotin to standard chemotherapy (SOX) after surgery can help prevent stomach cancer from returning. It is for people with stage III HER2-positive stomach cancer who have had their tumor fully removed. The trial will compare the combination against chemotherapy alone in about 124 participants.
