Summary

This study looks at two ways to fix tongue-tie in children aged 3 to 6: using a diode laser or traditional electrosurgery. The goal is to see which method leads to faster healing, less pain, and better tongue movement. About 53 children will take part, and their recovery will be checked over one month.
