Summary

This study follows 10,000 patients who had a bleeding aneurysm in the brain to learn more about a complication called delayed ischemic neurological deficit (DIND). Researchers will track how doctors diagnose and treat DIND, and compare different treatment approaches to see which leads to better survival and recovery. The goal is to gather real-world data to improve future care.
