Summary
This study tests a school-based program to help Saudi high school students build healthy digital habits. About 2,500 students from 20 schools will take part, with some schools also offering a parent-focused program via WhatsApp. The goal is to see if these programs reduce screen time, improve digital literacy, and boost mental wellbeing.
