NCT ID NCT07608926
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study compares a heart-disease prevention program delivered through a smartphone app to the traditional in-person clinic model. Researchers will enroll 144 adults aged 40-75 who have risk factors like high blood pressure, diabetes, or smoking. The goal is to see if the digital approach is as effective at reducing risks and improving health habits over 24 months.
