First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study compared digital physical therapy (using an app or online guidance) with standard in-person therapy for people with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). 40 adults aged 35-55 took part. The goal was to see which approach better reduces pain and disability, and which is more cost-effective. Results will help determine if digital therapy is a good alternative to clinic visits.
