NCT ID NCT07108322
First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tested whether a digital scanner could replace the tricky 'window technique' for taking denture molds in people with flabby gums. 26 adults with no teeth and a flabby upper ridge received dentures made either by digital scan or the traditional method. The goal was to see which approach gave better denture retention and higher patient satisfaction.
