Your digital twin may coach you to a healthier heart
NCT ID NCT07732569
First seen Jul 29, 2026 · Last updated Aug 06, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This pilot trial tests whether a personalized digital nutrition program, called Live Long, Heart Strong (LLHS), can help young adults ages 18 to 25 adopt heart-healthy eating behaviors. Participants receive tailored nutrition education, goal setting, and interactive tools through a smartphone app. The study compares this approach to a static digital toolkit to see which is more feasible and acceptable for promoting long-term cardiovascular health.
