Summary
This study tests if a simple digital task can reduce the number of upsetting, involuntary memories that pop into mind after a traumatic event. About 380 women from Iceland will be randomly assigned to try a brief mental task, receive educational information, or continue their usual care. The goal is to see if the task lowers the frequency of these intrusive memories after 5 weeks.
