New digital tool aims to fight HIV stigma and keep patients in care

NCT ID NCT07370298

First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests a digital health tool called INCLUDE, designed to help clinics in Nepal identify and reduce stigma faced by people living with HIV. The tool collects patient feedback and suggests ways to reduce stigma at the personal, social, and clinic levels. Researchers will work with 88 patients and healthcare workers to see if the tool is easy to use and helpful. If successful, it could be used in other HIV clinics to improve care and keep patients engaged in treatment.
