Summary

This study is testing a digital program designed to help adolescent and young adult cancer survivors (ages 15-39) manage symptoms of depression. The program includes educational content and four evidence-based strategies. Researchers want to find out which parts of the program work best to reduce depressive feelings over 6 weeks. About 208 participants who own a smartphone and finished cancer treatment 1 month to 5 years ago can join.
