App before the doc: can digital symptom logs improve primary care?

Summary
This study watches how patients use a mobile app to record their symptoms before seeing a doctor. About 20 people of all ages will use the app on a tablet, answering questions about their health. The information goes to the doctor to help during the visit. Researchers will look at anonymous data to make the app better and learn more about healthcare services.
