Summary
This study tests a new digital platform designed to help community health workers (non-specialist providers) feel more confident and skilled when counseling people with anxiety or depression. About 55 English-speaking adults who have already completed basic training will use the tool and have their sessions reviewed by peers. The goal is to see if the platform improves counseling quality and the workers' sense of confidence.
