NCT ID NCT05220631

First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether a technology-based nutrition program can improve diet quality, food security, physical activity, and social connection in older adults who attend congregate meal sites. About 369 participants aged 60+ with limited tech access and poor nutrition will receive digital education and support. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce the negative impacts of the digital divide during and beyond the pandemic.
