Summary
This study is testing a new smartphone app called eMind that teaches mindfulness to help people stop smoking. The app is designed to be used for 8 weeks, just like an in-person program. Researchers want to see if smokers find the app easy and helpful to use. 40 adults who smoke and want to quit will try the app and give feedback.
