Summary
This study tested two digital tools (one for teens, one for parents) to improve mental health awareness and screening among 563 families in Kenya. Teens and parents used the tools to check for anxiety, anger, and depression, and to learn helpful strategies. The goal was to see if these tools could improve mental health knowledge and reduce symptoms.
