Smartphone tool aims to stop pregnancy diabetes before it starts

Summary
This study tests a digital health program that uses a risk prediction model to identify pregnant women at high risk for gestational diabetes early in pregnancy. Participants will receive online education, personalized lifestyle advice, and self-management tools through a digital platform. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce the number of women who develop gestational diabetes compared to standard care. About 1,200 women in China will take part.
