Summary

This study tests whether an online education program helps hospital staff adopt Hospital-at-Home (HaH) services, where patients receive hospital-level care at home. Researchers will compare hospitals that use the training with those that continue usual care, measuring how many patients get HaH, staff knowledge, and patient outcomes like readmission. The study involves 14 hospitals in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, with surveys and interviews over 12 months.
