Summary
This study will test a digital health assistant called 'Alex' in 42 children and teens aged 10 to 19 with asthma. Over six months, the app will track lung function, symptoms, medication use, and sleep to help improve asthma control. The goal is to see if using the app leads to better day-to-day asthma management and fewer symptoms.
