Can an app turn back your body clock? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT06738641
Summary
This study tested whether a smartphone app called Pro2col Health could help healthy but inactive middle-aged adults build better daily habits. For 6 weeks, one group used the app, which provided personalized coaching and tracked their progress, while another group received standard health guidelines. Researchers measured changes in physical fitness, body composition, and a calculated 'biological age' to see if the app made a difference.
