Video games as medicine? digital therapy tested for childhood ADHD
NCT ID NCT07173439
Summary
This study tested whether a special digital game-based therapy could safely help reduce symptoms of ADHD in children. About 120 children aged 6-13 with ADHD were randomly assigned to use either the active therapy game or a sham version. Researchers measured changes in attention, hyperactivity, and other behaviors to see if the digital therapy was effective.
