Summary

This study tests if a smartphone game that responds to your activity can motivate Native American adults with high blood pressure to walk more and improve their health. Half the participants get the game plus a step tracker; the other half get only the tracker. Researchers will compare steps, blood pressure, and quality of life over 6 months.
