Summary
This study tested a digital program called DDEP that helps people with chronic kidney disease and their care partners adopt healthier habits. Over 200 pairs participated, with one group receiving the digital program plus usual care and the other only usual care. The goal was to see if the program could protect kidney function and support better daily routines.
