Summary
This study tests if a digital education program helps people with type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease follow dietary guidelines for low sodium and optimal protein intake. About 104 adults aged 18-74 will participate. The main goal is to see if the program improves adherence to the diet, measured by changes in sodium and protein intake over 6 months.
