Summary
This study tests whether two digital tools can help primary care doctors identify new cases of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias during annual wellness visits. About 3,150 adults aged 65 and older without a prior dementia diagnosis will participate. The goal is to see if these tools improve early detection rates compared to usual care.
